Baked Fish or Chicken Dish
4 thick fish fillets or 4 boneless
chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (fresh,
not powdered)
1/4 tsp. pepper (more or less to taste)
1/4 tsp. garlic salt (more or less to
taste)
1 large bermuda white onion - sliced to
thickness desired
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (more or less to
taste)
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, pepper, garlic
salt and lemon juice together - put aside.
Line bottom of 9x12 baking dish
with onion slices
Lay fish or chicken fillets over onions
Spread with 1/2 of the mayonnaise
mixture
Place onion slices over mixture
Spread remaining mixture over onion
slices
Bake 350 degress approximately 30
minutes till meat is done.
