Javelina Jambalaya

3 cups uncooked long grain rice

3 tablespoons dried minced onion

3 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

1 tablespoon dried minced chives

1 tablespoon dried celery flakes

4 teaspoons beef bouillon granules

2 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme
Mix together rice and seasonings. In a
saucepan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Stir in rice mixture, reduce heat,
cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Brown javelina sausage, add tomato
sauce, simmer 10 minutes. Serve
over rice mixture.
