Salisbury Venison/Elk Steak 1 lb ground venison/elk 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg 1 tsp. Salt ½ tsp. Pepper 2 Tbls. Minced onion 1 tsp. Celery salt 1 can mushroom soup ½ cup milk Mix first seven ingredients and shape into patties, approximately one inch thick. Brown in butter or oil and put into baking dish. Mix soup and milk, then pour over the patties. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
