Sweet and Sour Venison

 

Venison Steaks

1 ½ tsp. Salt

1 ½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp. Mustard

2 tbsp. Vinegar

 

Combine the salt, sugar, mustard and vinegar. Cover steaks with mixture and barbecue. Be sure to baste often. May also use on roast, also basting often. Great served with rice.
