SAUCY WALLEYE
You can’t go wrong cooking walleye, and you certainly can’t miss with this savory recipe.
4 walleye fillets
2 tbsp. oil
1 stalk celery (sliced)
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can tomatoes, drained and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Tobasco to taste
 
Saute fish in oil until brown, turning once. Place fish in a 9 x 13 baking dish.  Mix all the rest of ingredients in a bowl.  Pour this over fish.  Bake in a 350˚ oven for 10-15 minutes or until done.
