Cleaning Fish

Everyone I know would much rather catch fish than clean them.  This may account for some of the popularity of catch and release ethics.   The fact of the matter is that if you are a fisherman, sooner or later you are going to have to clean fish.   Here is a little tip.

Use a teaspoon.  Yes I said teaspoon, it will do a better job when scraping the inside of the backbone where the dark strip of kidney is attached than a knife will.
