Genmar Holdings Inc.,Yamaha Outboards, Sign Long-Term Engine Supply Agreement

07/23/2001 - MINNEAPOLIS, MN. .... Genmar Holdings, Inc. and Yamaha Marine Group announced they have signed a new long-term agreement where Yamaha will supply outboard power to boat companies owned by Genmar. Under the agreement, Yamaha will supply outboard motors to 14 Genmar-owned companies, including the brands formerly owned by OMC.

Those Genmar boat companies which will offer Yamaha Outboards include: Aquasport, Crestliner, Four-Winns, Glastron, Javelin, Larson, Hydra-Sports, Triumph, Lowe, Lund, Ranger, Seaswirl, Stratos, and Wellcraft.
