<p class=3DMsoNormal><o:p>&nbsp;</o:p></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>With
technology the way it is today I can&#8217;t see why someone wouldn&#8217;t
have their dog micro chipped any more. Today companies have universal scann=
ers
and are making the chips more readable by other scanners. It is in their be=
st
interest to do so. As if they don&#8217;t they limit their market drastical=
ly.</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Some
of the animal controls will even take dogs back home if they are micro chip=

and they can find out where the dog lives.</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal>Also even in the event a dog is taken, I know of anoth=
er
story where a dog made it home about 9 months later when the dog that was
picked up while the original owner was training. The dog jumped out of the
person yard who took the dog and tried to keep it as his own. This dog was
scanned by animal control when caught and they called the registered owner =
and
the dog was given back to original home and owner. Talk about a great Chris=

present all because of the micro chip.</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>There
are many other stories where the micro chip has help and this is getting to=
 be
more the common then rare. </p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal>There are also other small benefits to the Microchip a=
nd AKC
where when a responsible owner OFA&#8217;s before considering breeding the =
OFA
results will only be posted on the AKC pedigree Provided that the dog is mi=
cro
chipped or tattooed. </p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=

<p class=3DMsoNormal>Yes they can migrate, but they can be found provided t=

with scanners do what the instructions say which is very simple to do. </p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=

is one company that includes extra info incase your dog is picked up and th=
