Great Chili

            I recently was sent a couple packets of Texas Chili Spice to try, so I did. My co-workers and I decided to have a chili potluck this month. (It is a great excuse to have an easy day, one that was quite enjoyable for us all.) Anyways, everybody loved the chili. I received lots of positive comments, I was even told that I should enter the chili in a cook off. If you like good chili then I believe you would enjoy this website, www.texaschilispice.com.

            Of course, being me, I had to add all kinds of different things. Here are a few items to experiment with:

Any wild game burger or sausage (I used Cajun Javelina)

Chicken

Green Chiles

Onions

Diced Tomatoes

Beans

            You don’t have to use only kidney beans either. I usually use 4 or 5 different kinds in each batch. So experiment with the tastes you enjoy and check out the Texas Chili Spice website.
