A new tackle store, catering specifically to bass anglers, has
opened its doors in Tucson, Arizona. Pancho’s
Bait & Tackle with two (2) locations: 1293 W. Miracle Mile and 1642 S. Research Loop #130 (see maps below), will
primarily be focusing on the bigger bass baits used in the Southwest and Mexico.
You can find a good mix of 10” worms, 6 and 8” tubes, 8” lizards,
and so on. You can also find a
large selection of Lucky Craft lures, Loomis rods, and Leverage spinnerbaits.
Frank Fish, owner and operator of Pancho’s, also has good connections
in booking trips, south of the border, for some of the worlds best bass fishing. Mexico has several tremendous bass fisheries including El
Salto, Huites, Commedero, Aqua Milipa, and Lake Obergon. Fish receives regular notices on availability and current
fish catch counts on El Salto. Store
