Apache & Powell For Summer Smallies:  Try Apache Lake during stormy weather for smallmouth and largemouth bass. Fish off the major windy points that have good wave action and lots of rocks, especially those toward the dam. Try topwater lures, crayfish-colored crankbaits, or curly-tailed grubs. Also try for smallmouth bass at Lake Powell using crayfish-like lures worked along drop-offs, rock shelves, and boulder piles.
