With the severe drought
condition Arizona this year, many local flyshops need your support &
business. This is the time to stock up on equipment, flys,
leaders, and all your fly fishing paraphernalia the fall and
winter coming.
While much hope for rain is on the horizon, so is business for many
local flyshops. These people rely on our support and are here to serve
you…the consumer. We need to serve them & help out by stopping by and
saying hello and also to help there economy continue to flourish. While
not much flyfishing is going on in areas effected by forest closure's,
neither is many local business's who rely on the forest being open.
There are two places where we buy all
of our fly fishing essentials ....1) fly shops, or 2) mail order catalogs
and online catalogs (for us computer geeks).
When purchasing things in the future,
please keep your local fly shops in mind. Without our business, these
shops might not be around forever. Mail order is cool because sometimes
things are cheaper and they almost always have what we need in stock. But
the truth of the matter is...the fly shops need our support. Without our
support, that supply & demand rule starts to take effect, there will be no
supply if there is no demand. Without the shops around, we would all have
no place to go hang out, spend our hard earned money, tell big fish
stories, and get free advice.
