A true gentlemen and archery legend Today I had the pleasure of spending most of the day with a true gentleman and a walking encyclopedia of archery information. His name is George Chapman. Mr. Chapman and his lovely wife Patty stopped by Double D Western World’s Archery Department for a visit and to personally deliver a few bows. You can’t help but notice Mr. Chapman’s love of
archery and zest for life. I imagine this is what keeps him going after 58
years in the Archery business. Over these last 58 years Mr. Chapman has
coached more world and national champions than anyone has. He can not only
teach but is a past champion himself. I encourage anyone to participate in one
of his schools from beginner to seasoned veteran. Not only will you gain a
better understanding of how your bow works but also you will walk away with
the shooting fundamentals to make you a better archer. These are the same
techniques taught to world and national champion archers. I can’t think of
anyone who couldn’t use this kind of coaching, that’s why you’ll see me
there soon. Log onto http://www.pse-archery.com/ One of the many subjects Mr. Chapman and I talked about was the conflicting information circulating around today. With the Internet and so many archery websites, never before has information on the subject been so readily available. With all this information at our fingertips, we must pick and choose first what sites we can depend on and secondly which writers we trust. Who has the experience and knowledge to tell us the things we want to know? Also who has the ability to pass this experience and knowledge on in a way we can understand? I hope you’ll give us a chance here at AZOutdoorsman to be the first place you go when looking for information on hunting and fishing in Arizona. AZOutdoorsman was started because of the lack of advice about our States hunting and fishing, so we put together a staff that has an information base second to none pertaining to Arizona. I invite you to join us on some of our adventures, and to tell us about yours. John Samsill Archery Editor AZOD
