Turkey Hunting Seminar

If you were lucky enough or not to be drawn for a 2001 Spring Turkey Permit you have a chance to be a part of the biggest turkey happening ever held in Arizona. The Valley Long Beard Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation will be holding a Turkey Hunting Seminar Wednesday, March 7. This seminar will be held at Phoenix FOP Lodge #2, located at 12851 N. 19th Avenue (between Cactus and Thunderbird) from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Co-sponsored by Wild West Archery and Phoenix Varmint Callers, Inc. (PVCI), the seminar will cover spring turkey hunting strategies, calling tips and techniques, and everything else you need to know about the spring turkey hunt in Arizona.

There will be door prizes, as well as a chance to win a gun. The cost is $10 per person unless you are a current PVCI member. Registration is at the door and seating is limited.

I know you will want to be a part of this exciting event. So enhance your 2001 hunting experience while at the same time helping the Wild Turkey Federation to continue the work of turkey restoration and conservation.

Several call manufacturers and custom knife makers will be present with their goods. This will also be great opportunity for your to meet some of the Team AZOD staff.
